Liora AI – Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds, revisions, cancellations, and credits work when using Liora AI’s services. By subscribing to or purchasing any of our products or add-ons, you agree to the terms outlined below.

‍Liora AI provides digital processing services, including photo enhancement, virtual staging, video creation, and AI-powered content generation. Because all work delivered by Liora AI is custom-generated and non-returnable, all completed orders are considered final and non-refundable.We do not offer refunds for:Completed listingsDelivered photos, videos, staging, or AI contentPartially used subscription periodsUnused monthly creditsServices purchased by mistakeIf our team cannot deliver a service due to a system failure, technical issue, or internal error, Liora AI may issue a refund at our sole discretion.

‍2. Subscription and Auto-Renewal Refunds:
‍All Liora AI subscription plans renew automatically every month unless canceled prior to the renewal date. Because the service is delivered digitally and immediately accessible, subscription charges are non-refundable.We do not provide refunds for:Users who forget to cancel before renewalUsers who no longer need the serviceSubscription periods already billed or partially usedRefunds may only be issued in cases of:Duplicate billingVerified technical errors resulting in non-deliveryFraudulent charges (after investigation)

‍3. Revision Policy:
‍Each listing processed through Liora AI includes one complimentary revision. Requests must be submitted within seven (7) days of delivery. Revisions outside the included allowance, or revisions requested after the 7-day period, may be billed as additional work.Revisions are intended for corrections, refinements, or adjustments—not for creating entirely new outputs or reprocessing completely different images.

‍4. No Rollover of Monthly Credits:
‍All Liora AI subscription plans operate on a monthly credit system. Credits represent the number of listings included in your plan. Because our service is based on continuous operational capacity, unused credits do not roll over into the next billing cycle.Credits reset at the start of each subscription month. Any unused listings, features, or add-ons from the previous cycle are permanently removed. This “use it or lose it” structure ensures fair and predictable resource allocation for all subscribers.No refunds or partial refunds are issued for unused credits, unused listings, or unused content slots.

‍5. Additional Purchases and Add-Ons:
‍All a-la-carte add-ons, including Extra Listings, Rush Delivery, AI Avatar Setup, additional staging, custom videos, or branding upgrades, are final sales. Because these services are processed instantly and delivered digitally, they are non-refundable.If an add-on cannot be fulfilled due to a technical issue on our end, we will re-deliver the service or issue credit at our discretion.

‍6. Quality Guarantee (Non-Financial):
‍Liora AI guarantees that we will deliver work in accordance with the descriptions on our website. However, because all real estate environments, photo quality, and user-submitted inputs vary, we do not guarantee specific business results such as increased sales, more leads, higher engagement, or faster bookings.We will fix errors, technical issues, or processing flaws when possible, but no financial refunds are provided for perceived style differences or subjective creative preferences.
