TERMS & CONDITIONS — Liora AI

Welcome to Liora AI. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Liora AI website, platform, services, and delivered content (“Services”). By using Liora AI, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.

‍1. Overview of Services:
‍Liora AI provides automated and semi-automated visual enhancement services, including image enhancement, virtual staging, video generation, AI presenter videos, copywriting, and other listing-related content creation.

Users upload photos or other content, and Liora AI processes them using proprietary tools, AI models, and human review.The Services are designed for use by real estate agents, teams, brokerages, and other professionals who need listing-ready visual content.

‍2. Eligibility:
‍You must be at least 18 years old to use Liora AI.
By using the Services, you represent and warrant that:You have the legal capacity to enter into these TermsYou own or have legal rights to the content you uploadYou agree to use the Services in compliance with all applicable laws.

‍3. Account Registration:

‍To access the Services, you may be required to create an account.

You agree to:Provide accurate informationMaintain the security of your accountAccept full responsibility for all activity under your account. Liora AI is not responsible for unauthorized access caused by misuse or insecure credentials.

‍4. User Content & OwnershipYou retain full ownership of the photos, videos, text, and other materials (“User Content”) that you upload.By uploading User Content, you grant Liora AI a limited license to:Process, enhance, transform, and modify the contentStore the content for up to 30 days. Use it solely for the purpose of providing the purchased Services Liora AI does not claim ownership over User Content and does not use user data for training AI models unless explicit, written permission is given.You may optionally grant Liora AI permission to use your before/after results in marketing or portfolio materials. This will only occur with your explicit consent.

‍5. Storage & Data Deletion:
‍Uploaded content is stored for a maximum of 30 days from the date of upload.
After 30 days, content is automatically deleted from our systems and backups, except where required for legal or compliance purposes.Users are responsible for downloading and backing up their final deliverables within the 30-day storage window.Liora AI is not liable for the loss of content after deletion.

‍6. Use of AI & Third-Party Providers: By using Liora AI, you acknowledge that your content may be processed using:Proprietary Liora AI toolsThird-party AI modelsCloud hosting providersPayment processors (such as Stripe)Analytics tools (such as Google Analytics)Only the necessary image/text data required to perform the Services is transferred.
No User Content is used for training external AI models without explicit permission.

‍7. Subscription Plans, Credits & Auto-Renewal:
‍Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically until canceled.
By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Liora AI to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.Listing credits refresh monthly and do not roll over.
Unused credits expire at the end of each billing cycle (“use it or lose it”).Users may cancel anytime, but cancellations apply to future renewals only.
Partial refunds for unused time or unused credits are not provided.

‍8. Deliverables & Turnaround Times:
‍Delivery time estimates (such as “12–24 hours”) are targets, not guarantees.
Turnaround may vary based on volume, complexity, or technical factors.Liora AI is not liable for any damages caused by delivery times that exceed estimates.Users are responsible for reviewing output promptly and requesting revisions (if included in their plan).

‍9. Prohibited Conduct:
‍Users may not upload or use Liora AI to process:Copyrighted content they do not ownPhotos of individuals without permissionSensitive or illegal contentImages containing minors in private or vulnerable settingsDocuments containing personal or confidential informationDeepfake content of real individuals without legal consentViolation may result in immediate account termination without refund.

‍10. Licensing of Edited Content:
‍Liora AI grants you a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the final edited deliverables for business, marketing, listing, and promotional purposes.You may not resell Liora AI’s processing tools or recreate the Services commercially.All underlying technology, models, and workflows remain the property of Liora AI.

‍11. No Guarantees or Performance Claims:
‍Liora AI enhances visual quality and provides marketing-related assets.
However, we do not guarantee:Increased salesBooking increasesViewership metricsEngagement resultsLead generationFaster property salesAny specific financial outcomeUser success depends on many external factors outside of Liora AI’s control.

‍12. Refunds & Cancellations:
‍Refunds are governed by the Liora AI Refund Policy.
In summary:Delivered work is non-refundableSubscriptions renew automaticallyNo partial refunds for unused time or creditsRefunds issued only for technical issues or duplicate chargesUsers may cancel subscriptions any time via their account dashboard.

‍13. Service Modifications:
‍Liora AI may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time.
We may also update pricing, features, or limits with notice.If a significant change negatively affects your plan, we will provide reasonable notice before it takes effect.

‍14. Limitation of Liability:
‍To the maximum extent permitted by law, Liora AI is not liable for:Loss of sales or business opportunitiesDelays in deliveryDeletion of files after the 30-day retention policyData breaches caused by third partiesTechnical outages or downtimeIncorrect user inputs or uploadsAny indirect, incidental, or consequential damagesYour sole remedy for dissatisfaction is discontinuing use of the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Geneva, Switzerland. If the company later expands or incorporates in the United States, Liora AI reserves the right to update this Governing Law clause accordingly.
