We're looking for you to join our team and help us build, scale, and improve Launchist. Whether you're focused on design, development, operations, or customer experience—you’ll play a key role in shaping how teams around the world plan and launch products.

You’ll work closely with a collaborative, remote-friendly team and contribute to a fast-growing product used by modern SaaS teams.

• Collaborate with team members across departments to deliver meaningful work
• Own tasks and projects from start to finish with autonomy and support
• Communicate clearly and proactively in a remote-first environment
• Continuously learn and improve both the product and your own craft

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role (or equivalent self-driven experience)
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a distributed team
• Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset
• Experience with modern tools in your area (design, dev, ops, etc.)
• A willingness to take ownership and figure things out
